Our refund policy at EcomlyAds is very simple. 

If ask for a refund within 30 minutes of ordering, we will happily issue a refund. The reason is a refund window, which is so small because we begin working on your videos right away to have them delivered in 24-48 hours. 

Once order is created, there is no refunds. All videos created and delivered to the clients of EcomlyAds are nonrefundable because there is no way to recoup our costs once we have created the video. 

Even though we have a strict refund policy, we can only offer revisions within 24 hours after video is delivered. We always want to make sure our clients are happy with the end result of their video.
